1) Steps Before Booking an Appointment

Before you book an appointment for ADHD, we suggest you: 

 

Discuss ADHD with your ADHD consultant. Start discussions early and ask your GP whether they like to enter into shared care agreements. If they do not want to enter this agreement, it means all your prescriptions will be provided by Harley Mind Care.

2) Contact Us

If you have any questions about our services, email us, and we will help make your journey easier.

3) Book An Appointment

Use our online portal to book your virtual consultation or call us to book your in-person consultation.

4) Pre Appointment

We will email you before your appointment with the necessary information and a several required forms. You must fill out and submit them before your appointment. We also require blood pressure and pulse readings for prescribing medication.

5) Appointment

If you choose a virtual appointment, you will receive a link to join a video conference. Our consultant will meet you in the waiting room if you visit our clinic for an in-person consultation.

6) Post Appointment

After your appointment, you will receive an email within 3 days describing your diagnosis and treatment plan. 

 

A prescription will be sent to you or your nominated pharmacy if any medication is required. Your clinician will describe whether a follow-up appointment is required.
